Known for our knowledge of North Florida wedding venues as well as our vast in-house inventory, Florida Wedding Supplies is THE only resource you will need for your wedding day! Whether you want to hand over the reins and relax until you say "I do" or do all the pre planning yourself, without having to purchase all the pieces, we are here to help.

With over 30 years in hospitality, our owner Anne Urban has served as Vice President of Visit Jacksonville. Anne knows that the internet can help you find a vendor, but it can't tell you what you really need to know. Will they deliver the service you expect? Do they have the systems and the team to make planning easy? Will they answer when you need them? Are they established and financially stable? And will they be a good fit for you? Founder & CEO Anne Urban

Anne Urban founded Florida Wedding Supplies in 2003 on a simple philosophy: let us do the heavy lifting, so you don't have to. Decades later, that promise still drives everything her team does — exceptional service, flawless execution, and customized designs that make planning feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

Anne has planned more than 2,000 weddings. She is a Platinum Certified Wedding Planner through Wedding MBA and was named Small Business Leader of the Year by the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Awards are reflective of her hard work ethic, but she prides herself on how she is able to connect with clients from her experience as a mom.

After planning two weddings for her own daughters, she knows the family dynamics, the emotional moments, and the financial decisions that catch couples off guard. That's why fair pricing and real value matter so much to her. After more than 2,000 weddings, she still loves every minute of it.
