Pre-wedding: One meeting with Coordinator 30 days from wedding to review the timeline provided by the bride. At this meeting we will walk through the vision of your wedding day and the flow of the day.

Day of wedding: (1) Wedding Coordinator for 6 hours. Bride to create timeline, giving the time of arrival and departure of the Coordinator based on needs.

Sample schedule: 3:00 PM Coordinator arrives to oversee vendor set-up and set out bridal inventory · 4:30 PM Guests begin to arrive · 5:00 PM Ceremony · 5:30–6:30 PM Cocktail hour and post-ceremony photos · 6:30–8:30 PM Introductions, dinner, toasts, cake cutting and first/parent dances · 9:00 PM Coordinator departs · 10:00 PM Reception end time (client is responsible for packing up bridal inventory at the end of the night).

Pre-wedding: Preliminary meeting with planning team, quarterly meetings with your planner. Creation of comprehensive wedding day timeline and vendor contact list. Venue walk-through with couple and any necessary vendors 30 days prior to wedding day. Distribute all timeline and vendor information to vendors and venue 30 days out. Confirm vendor arrivals and set-up times. Direct rehearsal ceremony (limited to 1 hour) — $1,500.

Day of wedding: (1) Lead wedding planner and (1) assistant on site day of wedding. Oversee both ceremony + reception set-up and transitioning of decor. Coordination of all wedding vendors from set-up through teardown. Coordinate all cues throughout the day, including DJ announcements, photo moments, transitions, speeches, dances, and dinner service. Cleaning up and repackaging all personal inventory & gifts. Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors.

Pre-wedding: Site selection assistance with rehearsal dinner and wedding locations. Preliminary meeting with planning team, monthly meetings with your Coordinator. Creation of wedding day timeline and vendor contact list. Research and recommend 3 vendors for each category. Design and decor assistance. Create venue diagram. Set up catering tasting and provide all details to caterer pre- and post-tasting. Communicate venue rules and load-in instructions to all vendors. Venue walk-through with couple and any necessary vendors 30 days prior to wedding day. Distribute all timeline and vendor information to vendors and venue 30 days out. Create diagram and distribute to all parties. Direct rehearsal ceremony.
